Adinivaas is a community platform that may include social discovery, direct chat, videos, community content, reporting tools, and optional matrimony-related features. For the purposes of applicable Indian law, TribalAisle Pvt. Ltd. acts as the data fiduciary / controller for personal data processed through Adinivaas.

2. Eligibility

Adinivaas is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts where we reasonably believe the user is underage or has provided false age-related information.

3. Data We Collect

Account and profile information

• Name, username, phone number, email address, profile photo, and device identifiers.
• Location-related information such as state, city, and profile preferences.
• Optional profile details you choose to submit for community participation.

Matrimony-related information

• Date of birth, gender, community, religion, education, profession, city, and state.
• Profile photographs, biodata PDFs, and self-submitted descriptive text.
• Verification documents such as Aadhaar or ST certificate uploads where provided.

Content and interaction data

• Posts, comments, uploaded images, uploaded videos, and related metadata.
• Direct chat content and delivery/read status metadata.
• Reports, complaints, safety flags, block actions, and moderation outcomes.

Technical and operational data

• Log data, IP address, app version, device type, and crash/diagnostic information.
• Payment and subscription state metadata for paid features. We do not store full card credentials.

4. Why We Process Data

• To create and operate user accounts.
• To provide social, chat, community, and matrimony features.
• To verify authenticity, reduce fraud, and investigate misuse.
• To review user reports, complaints, and copyright notices.
• To comply with lawful requests, court orders, and regulatory obligations.
• To improve service quality, stability, performance, and product decisions.

5. Consent and Policy Acceptance

By using Adinivaas, you consent to the processing described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the choices and rights available to you under applicable law. Certain features may require additional confirmations, including age confirmation, community-guideline acknowledgement, or safety-related declarations.

6. Sensitive and High-Risk Data

Some information processed on Adinivaas may be sensitive in context, including tribal/community identity information, matrimony-related data, verification documents, and user safety reports. We use access controls, internal review restrictions, and limited-purpose processing for such information.

7. Sharing of Data

• With service providers who host infrastructure, notifications, storage, analytics, or communications.
• With payment or billing providers for subscription processing.
• With law enforcement, courts, regulators, or government agencies where legally required.
• With internal reviewers or administrators handling verification, safety, abuse, or copyright matters.

We do not sell personal data.

8. User-Generated Content and Visibility

Information you choose to post, message, or share may be visible to other users depending on the feature design. Verification documents are not meant for public display and should only be accessible to authorized internal reviewers.

9. Safety, Moderation, and Retention

We may preserve reports, complaint records, blocked-user relationships, moderation actions, chat metadata, and relevant evidence for safety reviews, legal claims, court orders, or compliance needs. Some records may be retained after account deletion where required by law or legitimate platform-protection needs.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for longer where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, safety review, or enforcement of our terms and policies.

Where deletion is requested, we may delete data immediately, suppress access first and remove later, or retain limited data for audit, abuse prevention, legal holds, or recordkeeping obligations.

• Role-based review access for administrative and moderation workflows.
